This is an opportunity to complete the training before you are asked to serve on a committee. Participants will learn the expectations for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Angelina College policies. The session will also provide guidance for using the tools and procedures provided by Human Resources and information about the hiring workflow.
