Childbirth Education: What to Expect at WHMC

Expectant parents enrolled in this class are provided with information to help them be physically and emotionally prepared for the childbirth experience. We recommend parents attend this class between the six and seventh month of pregnancy.

Parents-to-be will learn about hospital registration, what to expect during your hospital stay, pain management options, the induction process and cesarean sections. The stages of labor and birth are presented and participants will receive basic information to make their hospital visit easier.
