Fall 2024 CXM 360 Conference

Hosted by CXM@MSU at Michigan State University's Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center on October 8-9, CXM 360's programming spans five core competencies critical to organizational success in being customer-centric and effectively managing the customer experience (The Customer-Centric Organization, Understanding the Customer & Employees, Experience Design and Innovation, Employee Experience & Engagement, and Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement.)

Featuring presentations, mini-workshops, and roundtable discussions addressing the needs and topics that today's practitioners and leaders want to address, CXM 360 promotes the sharing of ideas across industries and practitioners. Always interactive and practical, each session promises to provide practical takeaways.
