About Party Girl Bake Club
Party Girl is Philadelphia's premiere culinary studio that specializes in custom cakes, immersive food and dessert installations, food styling, modern catering, and culinary design. When it comes to celebrations, they believe food is the ultimate centerpiece. The immersive food installations are designed to spark curiosity, inviting guests to interact, explore, and discover. Inspired by a love for high quality ingredients, sustainability, and over-the-top design, every flavor and detail is chosen with care and brought to life through artful culinary design.
From the Founder:
I grew up in a big Italian family near Pittsburgh, where every celebration revolved around food and community. My grandmother, Lola, was a true cake gangster who created masterpieces that were equal parts art and indulgence. Little did I know that growing up in that environment would shape so much of my life today.
I got into baking professionally after spending four years as a chef at a South Philly gastropub, but Party Girl really started as a creative outlet during the pandemic. I was going through a breakup and decided to channel that energy into a form of art that made me happy — and made other people happy too. What began as a playful exploration of flavor and design quickly turned into a business built around custom cakes, immersive food experiences, and hands-on workshops. I’m also an artist and textile manufacturer by trade, which gives me a unique perspective on color, texture, and design that I bring to every cake and installation. I love creating moments where food becomes the focal point, whether that’s a sculptural cake, a surreal dessert display, or a tablescape that encourages people to interact and celebrate together.
What sets Party Girl apart is my ability to turn ideas, themes, and personalities into edible art through my signature CAKEIFY process. Every project is personal, playful, and meticulously crafted, blending nostalgia, premium ingredients, and over-the-top design in a way that feels elevated but approachable. My clients come to me looking for something unforgettable, and I make sure every detail — from flavor to presentation — creates moments that linger long after the last bite.
I’m most proud of how Party Girl has grown from a side project into a full-fledged creative platform. In 2022, I was honored with Best of Philly, and since then I’ve expanded into workshops, installations, and event activations. Party Girl isn’t just about cake. It’s about creating experiences, sparking joy, and bringing people together through shared moments of wonder, flavor, and fun.
