Calm and Connected

In this workshop, we will discuss stress and practice skills designed to help you and participating family members identify, understand, and talk about how it affects you and them. You will create a poster or newspaper about what causes you and family members stress and what strategies are available to reduce it. You will also be able to ask an expert questions about stress. You will leave with a personalized plan to help you and your family cope better when stress arises in the future.
