FaithTech Nashville - March Lab

In late 2024 we decided to convert our monthly gatherings into networking meetups for building community, now we are ready to start launching events for developing technical projects for local ministries.

This is an opportunity for local ministries to come and see what we're about, but also to bring a current problem with technilogy they are experiencing. We want Labs events to devote time to these main objectives:

• Allow ministry partners to "pitch" an idea
• Connect talented developers and problem-solvers with ministry projects
• Facilitate the kick-off of project teams so that they can continue meeting between Labs events

You don't need to be technical to attend these meetings, but we do ask our more technical members of the community to come and pre engaged with these events.

Other skills are also needed, from design thinking, requirements gathering, project management, user testing, and writing documentation. Any IT-adjacent skills are helpful and needed for successful projects that build the Kingdom.

And if you have a laptop, you are encouraged to bring it with you so you can get working on projects as time permits.
