Join us for a special once-a-month yoga class brought to you from the heart of Page Bobic, 200 HR RYT. Page feels called to share how yoga has been a transformative tool in deepening her connection with Jesus and her Christian faith. Through this practice, she hopes to create a space where others can experience the peace, strength, and spiritual growth that comes from aligning body, mind, and spirit in worship. This class will integrate the physical practice of yoga with the teachings of the Christian faith. This class offers a unique opportunity to connect with God through movement, scripture, and prayerful reflection.
Each session will feature gentle, accessible yoga sequences designed to calm the body and quiet the mind, creating space to focus on scripture and deepen your relationship with Christ. Scripture readings will be woven throughout the practice to inspire faith, hope, and peace. Please let us know if a chair would feel more supportive for this practice and we can assist.
Whether you are new to yoga or experienced in your practice, this Christ-centered class provides a nurturing and sacred environment to move, meditate, and grow in your spiritual journey. All are welcome. Bring an open heart and a willingness to connect body, mind, and spirit in worship.
