Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and reflective scripture, you’ll be guided to rest in God's presence and let His word move through you while creating space to quiet your mind and open your heart to His presence. Each posture and breath becomes an act of worship that draws you closer to the heart of Christ. Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of peace, grounding, and spiritual refreshment.
