Faith Rxd meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month (unless otherwise noted) for a free community workout & devotional. We meet from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at 3 Star CrossFit which is located right on the line between Mt. Juliet & Lebanon, TN. There's no need to RSVP - Come as you are!❓❓FAQs❓❓

It’s always free!
⚫️ WHAT IF I DON’T DO CROSSFIT?
No problem! Our workouts always have movements that are scalable for ALL skill levels (or lack thereof😉) and our certified coaches will help you every step of the way! No prior fitness experience is necessary.
🟡 DO I HAVE TO GO TO A CERTAIN TYPE OF CHURCH IN ORDER TO ATTEND?
Not at all - People of any (or no) faith backgrounds are welcome! Faith Rxd is a fun way to get a little stronger and meet some new people!
⚫️ DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER AT 3 STAR CROSSFIT, OR ANY PARTICULAR GYM, TO ATTEND?
No, this is a FREE event for the ENTIRE community!
🟡 WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Wear comfortable clothes/shoes that you can workout in. We have a water fountain but feel free to bring a water bottle. You can also bring a Bible or notebook but that's not required. And of course, feel free to bring your friends!
