About this Event
Welcome to the very first Faith FLO gathering!
A 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa flow where movement meets worship. This Christ-centered yoga experience is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both God and community.
Flow through an intentional yoga practice set to Christian worship music, with encouragement rooted in Scripture and space to simply be present. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice, you are welcome exactly as you are.
