Faith Based - Dance Fitness

It’s been 4 months since I started this ministry for the woman at @ecbc. It’s been so refreshing to my soul to be amongst sisters In Christ , reading the word , bearing one another’s burdens, praying for one another, a space where faith and fitness come together !

We have met almost every Saturday since June ,and I’m excited to announce that next month I will be hosting one of our classes for our community of sisters across churches !
