Join us for a fun-filled evening at The Train Station - Tinley Park. Get ready to break a sweat with a 1hr group Fitness Workout session that's devoted to nourishing your Mind, Body, & Spirit. While the group Personal Trainer encourages you during an action packed physical workout, we'll share some inspirational Words from the Bible and back it with motivational Music that will not only elevate this hybrid experience but inspire and uplift your Soul. The fun doesn't stop when the workout ends, we'll keep the Music going and transition the evening into a Social Mixer at the Event Sponsor: Sip Wine Bar & Restaurant (approx. 3min/ 0.5mile from The Train Station fitness center, going directly South on Oak park Ave).
