This free event will feature:
• Delicious BBQ, snacks, drinks, and frozen treats
• Family and kid-friendly activities, including:
• Inflatable obstacle course & bounce house
• Arts & crafts
• Newark Mobile PAL Center with Mario Kart World competitions
• New Castle County Police Mounted Patrol Unit horses
• University of Delaware Police Department’s Patti, the facility dog
• Police K9 demonstrations
• New Castle County Police Department’s Niko Fun Trailer
• And more exciting attractions!
👮‍♂️ Hosted by the Newark Police Department, New Castle County Police Department, University of Delaware Police Department, and the Newark PAL, this event is part of National Faith & Blue Weekend. The goal is to strengthen relationships between law enforcement, faith-based organizations, and our community.
Representatives from each police department and faith-based partners will be on site to share information, answer questions, and connect residents with community resources.
