Faith 250: Multifaith Celebration
This year, as we mark America’s 250th anniversary, the Pocono Interfaith Council invites members of the wider community to gather for a meaningful multifaith conversation on America’s founding ideals, shared values, and hopes for our country.
This gathering is part of the Faith 250 journey. It is a national initiative that invites faith communities to come together in local gatherings for listening, shared reflection, and conversation about the civic values and hopes that can guide our country.
In the first stage, faith leaders came together for conversation and reflection. In this next stage, we are inviting our wider congregations and communities to participate in a shared reading and roundtable discussion.
This event is open to people of all faith traditions, backgrounds, and perspectives. It is not a lecture or a political program, but a space for thoughtful conversation, listening, and community-building.
