Join us for an unforgettable evening as the Moody Mansion transforms into Superhero City to benefit the Galveston Children’s Museum. This family-friendly event supports our Learning through Discovery programs, inspiring critical thinking and self-directed learning in children.
Event Highlights:
• Hero Headquarters: Kick off the adventure with fun games and refreshments for the whole family.
• Guardian Kingdom: Adults can unwind with drinks, elegant dining, and participate in exciting auctions.
• Tween Adventure: Tweens (ages 10 and up) will dive into an engaging Murder Mystery Dinner.
• Young Heroes: Our youngest attendees will be entertained by rogue vigilantes and fellow warriors of justice.
• Grand Finale: The evening culminates with a grand dessert party, dancing, and the ultimate mission to save the universe!
Why Attend?
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Galveston Children’s Museum. As our only annual fundraiser, the Fairy Tale Ball is crucial to sustaining our programs and providing continued support to underserved families. It’s a special evening where parents and children can celebrate together, enjoy meaningful activities, and contribute to the future of the museum and the community it serves.
Event Schedule:
• 5:00 PM – Heroes Assemble!
Families check in at Hero Headquarters (Moody Mansion Gardens) and kick off the adventure with fun games across the Superhero Cityscape.
• 5:45 PM – Sidekicks and Super Squad Divide!
Young heroes will venture off for more games and a super-powered dinner, guided by our festive staff. Meanwhile, tweens (ages 10 and up) enjoy an evening filled with exciting activities and adventures designed to keep their superhero spirit high (Above the Moody Mansion Garage).
• 6:00 PM – Heroes Assemble for the Grand Banquet!
Adults head to Guardian Kingdom (Moody Mansion) for drinks, delicious food, and an exciting Live & Silent Auction.
• 7:45 PM – Family Super Squad Reunites!
Families come together for a grand dessert party, dancing, and the ultimate mission to save the universe!
