What better way to start thinking about Christmas than an evening trying different sparkling wines. All whilst supporting a great cause!
Think all sparkling wine is made the same? Think again!
This guided tasting explores the fascinating world of English sparkling wine, looking at the different ways sparkling wines can be produced and how those methods influence the finished wine. And if you think all sparkling wine is made the same, think again!
Expect a selection of English sparkling wines, plenty of bubbles and a relaxed, accessible look at what makes each style different.
We’ll taste a Pét-Nat, Col Fondo, Traditional Method, Charmat and carbonated sparkling wine, looking at how the different production methods influence the wine, bubbles and flavour.
Nibbles will be included, with the option to add a cheese board for those wanting to make an evening of it. And bottles available to buy/order on the night in time for Christmas!

The Tasting Table by Holly is a tasting experience created by Holly Morgan, winemaker at Daws Hill Vineyard in Radnage, Buckinghamshire.
Holly specialises in showcasing English wines - particularly those produced by local vineyard and creating informal tasting experiences that are as much about bringing people together as they are about learning about wine.
