Join Nick Edgar, former Head Chef at the world-renowned Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, for an exclusive interactive cookery demonstration at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
Begin your experience with a welcome drink and delicious canapés before a demonstration of cooking with one of the UK's most accomplished chefs. Throughout the session, Nick will guide you through the preparation of a selection of dishes, including artisan bread, a starter, main course, and dessert, sharing professional techniques, culinary tips and the inspiration behind each recipe.
Once the cooking is complete, sit back and relax while Nick finishes and plates the dishes. Then enjoy the fruits of his labour, with a beautifully prepared three-course meal, accompanied by freshly baked bread and a glass of wine.
This intimate experience offers a unique opportunity to learn from a chef of exceptional calibre while supporting the life-changing work of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

About Nick Edgar
Nick Edgar is one of Britain's most respected chefs, having served as Head Chef under Raymond Blanc at the two-Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
Inspired by a childhood spent in his father's bakery, Nick has built an impressive career working in some of the world's most influential kitchens, including WD-50 in New York and the acclaimed Charlie Trotter's, TRU and Alinea in Chicago.
Back in the UK, he has held senior roles at Michelin-starred Juniper, Danesfield House and The Samling in the Lake District, where he led the restaurant to Michelin star success within just nine months and was awarded Cumbria Chef of the Year.
Nick has also worked as personal chef to Formula One World Champion Jody Scheckter and, in 2021, joined Hambledon Vineyard as Head Chef, leading the launch of its multi-million-pound restaurant. Today, he continues to create exceptional dining experiences and is preparing to open an exciting new restaurant near Goodwood.
