What to Expect:
Forest Embrace Grounding Meditation with Adele (approx. 20-30 minutes):
We'll begin our journey with a guided meditation led by Adele, designed to help you connect with the natural world around us. Imagine yourself sinking into the earth, drawing energy from the ancient trees, and feeling the gentle whispers of the forest. This pre-drumming meditation will soothe your mind, open your heart, and prepare you to fully immerse yourself in the rhythmic experience.

Once your deeply relaxed and present, we'll dive into the heart of our drumming circle. Guided by Serenity Sound and Soul, we'll explore various rhythms and enjoy the communal energy of drumming together.
Feel free to bring your own drum or percussion instrument if you have one; a selection of instruments will also be available for use.
This is a space for joyful expression, stress release, and collective harmony, allowing the vibrations to clear and re-energize your being.
Weather Contingency / Indoor Sanctuary: Should the glorious English weather decide to sprinkle a little extra magic (or rain!), we have a cozy indoor sanctuary ready at Adele's Yoga Studio. We'll seamlessly transition inside, ensuring our drumming and meditation can continue uninterrupted in a warm and comfortable environment.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or blanket for comfort during meditation.
- Your own drum or percussion instrument (if you have one) – though instruments will be provided.
- A refillable water bottle.
- Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor (or indoor) movement.
- An open heart and a willingness to explore!
