Heads up, Firebird families — this is NOT our old 5K.This year it’s a full-on Fit Fest. And it’s going to be SO much fun.
We’ve taken what used to be a traditional 5K and turned it into a whole morning of movement, energy, community, and celebration. Whether you’re a serious runner, a casual walker, a “cheer from the sidelines” parent, or a kid who just wants to move and play — there is truly something for everyone.
Want to run the 5K? Do it.
Prefer to walk with friends? Perfect.
Want music, activities, and that big-school-community vibe? You’ll get it.
Want your kids to see what it looks like when a whole school shows up for something positive and healthy? THIS is that moment.
And yeah, there's even a NINJA COURSE.
