𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘣𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘮: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘐𝘴 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘺, 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘵 - 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘞𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘋𝘰 𝘈𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘐𝘵 takes a hard look at how today’s economic system puts profit before people, nature, and democracy. The book shows how wealth is taken from the environment and from marginalized communities, while care work and political life are pushed aside.
Marxist feminist thinker 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 explains how these problems are connected and argues that we need a strong, broad socialist movement that can challenge this system and build a society based on care, justice, and shared well-being.

In the Fair(er) Futures Book Club, we explore books by inspiring thinkers who help us see the world through a lens of hope and possibility. The sessions alternate between Dutch and English.
