Join us to create this beautiful faerytale coronet in late summer colours. Created completely from scratch using wire, Czech crystal, glass beads, sari silks and other textiles. We will hand build the wire form then add rich textile texture and embellish with sparkling beads.Delicate and beautiful it can be worn or perhaps diplayed under a vintage glass dome or in a curiosity cabinet. Personally I just sit under the faerylights in the garden in the evening and sip gin whilst wearing mine. Please note the coronet is unsuitable for children as has very small parts.
A small group workshop in magical faerylit surroundings with cake and refreshments and excellent company.....what a lovely way to honour the last days of summer and make something magical.
All materials and tools are provided. You are of course welcome to bring anything you wish to include in your make or your favourite needle or scissors if you wish.
This workshop will run from 10.30am until 4.30/5pm-ish. Refreshments in the form of hot and cold drinks, cake or biscuits are provided. You will need to bring a packed lunch with you.
