Faculty of Social Work 60th Anniversary Celebration
About this Event
You’re Invited: Celebrating 60 Years of the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary
For 60 years, our faculty has been shaped by an extraordinary community of students, alumni, faculty, staff, donors, and partners. These contributions have helped build a legacy of innovation, leadership, and social impact.
Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and celebration as we recognize six decades of advancing social work education, research, and community partnership.
Reconnect with former classmates and colleagues, meet members of our growing community, reflect on the faculty’s remarkable journey, and look ahead to the future together.
The evening will include:
- A welcome and anniversary reflections from Dean Dr. Ellen Perrault
- Special presentations celebrating our shared history and impact
- Opportunities to reconnect and network over refreshments
- A chance to be part of this once-in-a-generation milestone
You are welcome to bring one additional guest. Please select 2 General Admission tickets if you are bringing a guest and include your guest's information when registering.
