Facilities Management: 2-Day Workshop (8/26-8/27)
Day 1: Over 20 real-world scenarios of actual daily encounters for facility managers will be utilized as case studies. Topics covered will include a facility manager’s role, communication, leadership, operations, planning and problem solving.
Day 2: Topics covered will include: financial management, project management, the internet of things, artificial intelligence, smart buildings, vendor and property management, safety and maintenance, along with strategic planning.
