This two-day, 15-hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of the healing potential of restorative yoga. Rooted in the philosophy of rest as a necessary and transformative practice, the training explores both the foundational tenets and modern applications of restorative yoga as a tool for nervous system regulation and holistic wellbeing.
You’ll learn:
*An understanding of the evolution of restorative yoga from classical yogic practices to the therapeutic methodologies refined by modern science and teachers
*The role of breath, props, pacing, and silence in practice
*How restorative yoga supports the nervous system and encourages presence and inner awareness
*To skillfully design group classes and private sessions

To receive certificate and eligibility to register with Yoga Alliance (for those that hold a YA 200hr level certification):
*Attend the full weekend of training
