Join Hannah and Ivy for an evening of intentional touch and deep rest. Guided by Chinese Medicine, we'll massage a series of facial and scalp acupressure points that clear stagnation, increase circulation, and ease tension.
We'll bring awareness to the neck, jaw, brow, & scalp, feeling how stress, patterns of facial expression, and long held emotions shape our face. Self acupressure is a simple, powerful practice for relaxation and a healthy, radiant complexion.
Savasana with Tibetan singing bowls offers time for the body and nervous system to rest and integrate.
Please arrive with a clean face and bring something to tie back your hair. Jojoba oil and bamboo facial cloths will be provided.
