FACE TO FACE Parent Education Workshop day for those living in Banbury area

This workshop is open to those living in the Banbury area, or intending to give birth at the Horton Maternity Unit. For the registration we will ask for some background information from you for auditing purposes (including, hospital ID, stage of pregnancy, ethnicity, how many children you have and the first part of your postcode).

YOU NEED TO BOOK ONE TICKET PER PERSON ATTENDING. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BOOK A TICKET FOR YOUR BIRTH PARTNER, OR TO COME ON YOUR OWN. NB THERE IS ONLY SPACE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 BIRTH PARTNER PLEASE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COVERS THE SAME CONTENT AS THE ONLINE WORKSHOPS, SO YOU DON'T NEED TO ATTEND BOTH
