🌸 Face reflexology is a natural and holistic non-invasive therapy that combines reflexology, massage, tapping and other techniques that tone facial muscles, improve circulation, activates the lymph system and stimulates collagen.
🌸 It works on the principle that specific points on the face, when stimulated, correspond to different organs and systems in the body, which helps restore balance and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
🌸 The techniques used will increase blood flow, deliver oxygen and nutrients to the face, while flushing out toxins and improving the skin’s texture, reducing puffiness and improving your natural glow!
🌸 In our workshop we well be learning a quick face reflexology routine you can do in the comfort of your own home without spending money.
🌸 We will also learn some simple detoxifying techniques you can implement into your daily routine right away through the practice of reflexology and also some Qi Gong movement to compliment the self-care routine.
🌸 Come for some self love and put your best face forward.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a notebook.
