THE FACE-DANCE WORKSHOP - TAKEAWAYS:
prepare for a 5 hour, physically engaging, mindboggling and bubbly workshop.
1. You will learn to tune into and awaken the rejuvenating powers inherent in your facial anatomical structures through the Face-Dance choreography, acquiring a life skill you can use through the decades to keep your features toned and youthful from the top of your head to your decolletage.
2. I will support you in doing the moves precisely for best results, to understand the theory, and memorise the moves.
3. You will get help in forming a habit of the practice.
4. Every face is individual, and to make the most of your possibilities wherever you are on your facial journey, I also offer the option of personal online follow-up sessions to fine-tune the practice to your unique facial needs.
ABOUT ME: I am the creator of Face-Dance, I have practiced and refined the system for decades for my own benefit, and have been teaching it individually and in groups for years. Being a coach, I also help address the emotional and cognitive challenges related to our appearance and aging.
