Join us as we a learn to create a delicious seasonal meal with Alicia Colley using our ingredients grown at the Blayney Eco Hub! Our workshop leader, Alicia, is formerly head chef at Rahamim Ecology Centre and other venues around Bathurst. Her food creations come out of her love of permaculture living, fresh whole ingredients, good health and a healthy planet.
