Get ready for the most fabulous fall plant sale in town! In addition to our unparalleled selection of perennial flowers, shrubs, trees, houseplants, edible plants, and groundcovers we are also offering a free horticultural lecture and a guided garden tour. The sale will take place Saturday, October 5 from 9am to 2pm in the Gardens at 2518 Jacob Drive. The guided tour will begin at 11:00am at the Entrance Plaza and the lecture titled "Avoiding Tree Problems by Proper Planting" by professor of Plant Science Dr. Andy Pulte will begin at 12:00pm in the South Greenhouse Room 124. Look for directional signs for each of these meetings.
A preview sale will be held on Friday, October 4 from 4-7pm. UT Gardens’ members, active UT Gardens’ volunteers, and UT employees are welcome to attend. Non-members who wish to attend will be able to purchase membership at the sale. Garden members also receive a 10% discount on their plant purchases (at either the preview sale on Friday or the public sale on Saturday).
