F.A.B Fitness

What is F.A.B.? Well the acronym stands for (F)or (A)ll (B)odies. ALL are welcome to enjoy our class. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, what you seek to get from fitness, or your physical limitations F.A.B. Fitness has something for you. The playlist will sure have one song you are familiar with, an occasional line dance, and some dance moves you are familiar with. F.A.B. Fitness is FUN Fitness!

When: Saturday March 22nd

Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor

Store Location: 2nd floor across from Forever21

Parking: By Macy's or the food court

Items to bring: Water and a Sweat Towel.
