Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and community energy—designed to spark your weekend.

This community sweat blends movement, connection, and feel‑good energy — starting with a social run led by F45 Bothell and flowing into a heart‑pumping, rhythm‑building workout with F45 Kingsgate. Expect good vibes, great people, and a morning designed to spark momentum.

We’ll kick things off with a guided run/walk hosted by F45 Bothell on the flat, scenic loops around Totem Lake. Whether you’re running, walking, wheeling, cheering, or pushing a stroller — you’re welcome here.

From there, we’ll transition into an energizing in‑store workout led by the F45 Kingsgate coaching team, built to help you move with intention and feel strong in your body.

Stick around afterward to shop in‑store before opening hours and connect with your community.

What to Bring:

• Running shoes you feel great in
• Mat
• Water bottle (fill station available in-store)
• Light layer for run, and pre/post sweat
• Optional: Workout Towel

9:10 – 9:25 AM — Check-In
Waiver signing + settle in at lululemon.

9:30 – 10:00 AM — Run/Walk
A community Run/Walk led by F45 Bothell — route shared at the event.

10:00 – 10:45 AM — In-Store Workout
A dynamic, and modifiable 45-minute workout led by F45 Kingsgate in-store.
Cheer runners back in-store.

10:45 – 11:00 AM — Cool Down + Private Shop
Stretch, connect, and enjoy private shopping before the store opens
