F45 KID + PARENT WORKOUT

Our F45 KID + PARENT class is a high-energy workout designed for parents and kids to enjoy together.

FOR AGES 3-7
(NOTE:separate class @4PM for Young Athletes 8 & UP)

This 45-minute session combines functional training exercises with playful challenges, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for the whole family.Work together as a team, push each other to new limits, and create lasting memories.

No experience necessary -Teamwork makes the dream work!
