Join us for some fitness in The Park! This Spring, we're teaming up with F45 Training for free outdoor fitness classes!
Pump up the beats, break a sweat, and groove to your goals! Join us for a FREE hour-long body weight workout. Plus, learn more about F45 Fitness and what they offer.
Fitness classes to take place on the following dates from 10AM-11AM:
- Saturday, April 18
- Saturday, May 9 - Join them for a special Mother's Day Weekend Workout!
- Saturday, June 20
*In the event of rain, the class will be moved indoors in the F45 Training studio located on Gibson Street.
