Curious about HYROX but not sure where to start? Join us for the F45 Coronado HYROX Simulation Experience on Sunday, July 19, 2026, and get an introduction to one of the fastest-growing fitness racing events in the world.
This event is designed for athletes of all fitness levels who want to learn the fundamentals of HYROX competition in a supportive coaching environment. Participants will receive instruction on key HYROX stations, movement standards, pacing strategies, and race-day skills commonly used in competition.
Following the skills and coaching session, participants will complete a scaled HYROX simulation that provides a realistic taste of the event while remaining accessible and approachable. This simulation will help athletes establish a training baseline, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and gain confidence before entering a full HYROX race.
