What should I wear?
Sweats, shorts and a T-shirt, an aerobic-dance outfit -- whatever keeps you comfortable and cool. Go bare foot or Wear well-made Mat shoes that aren't too worn.

This is a part of her Martial Arts Based Fitness Programs designed to distress, tone, and energize you, leaving you feeling more, self-aware, empowered, and confident within your lifestyle as well as little dangerous.
She has taken Here love of being Active, added to her years of WHolistic Nursing & Coaching, with her Black Belt Martial arts Training and the Foundations of Functional Fitness and decided to offer much need Self-Defense related Fitness sessions.
