These are Martial Arts Based Fitness Sessions designed to distress, tone, and energize you, leaving you feeling more, self-aware, empowered, and confident within your lifestyle as well as little dangerous.

We have taken the love of being Active, added years of WHolistic Nursing, Coaching, Black Belt Martial arts Training and the Foundations of Functional Fitness to offer much need Self-Defense related Fitness sessions.
