F3 = "Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith"All men of all fitness levels are welcome! Join us for a free, one hour, peer-led, outdoor workout that emphasizes body-weight exercises and short runs. Meet at the basketball court.
-All workouts are free of charge.
-All workouts are open to all men.
-All workouts are held outside-rain or shine, hot or cold.
-Men who participate also lead the workout in a rotating fashion, with no certification or training necessary.
-All workouts end with a Circle of Trust.
