Each session opens with a short grounding, then moves into E² Light Codes and an E² Mantra transmission with hands-on healing. These frequencies restructure energetic templates, clearing the blocks and obstacles that keep you stuck so you can move forward with more ease.

About your facilitator

Audree Tara Sahota is a professional energetic healer and medical intuitive with over 30 years of experience. A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and a certified Reiki Master, she is the creator of Evolutionary Energetics (E²), a system that uses high vibrational frequency for rapid healing and transformation, which she has taught since 2011
