We invite you to attend the upcoming General Assembly of our organization, taking place on:
Date: Thursday, September 3rd, 2026
Time: 18:30 PM - 20:00(ish)
Location: SKAAL, Kultorvet 11, 1175 København
This is an important opportunity to take part in shaping the future direction of our organization, vote on key matters, and to elect a new board.
Before the General Assembly, you will have the option to take part in our event, TBA, which is also taking place at SKAAL, right before the GA. This is a separate event that requires you to sign up in the FB thread in the event in order to get food and drinks.
You are of course very welcome to take part anyway - without signing up we just can't provide food or drinks. Link for the event: TBA
The general assembly will take place with the following agenda:
1. Election of a conductor
2. Election of a minuteman
3. Election of two vote counters
4. Determination of timely convening of the GA
5. Board report on the past period
6. Presentation of the audited annual accounts for comment
7. Proposals and statute amendments received in due time
8. Vote and discussion on submitted proposals
9. Election of:
a. 1 Chair (President)
b. 1 Vice President
c. 1 Treasurer
d. 2-10 Ordinary Board members
e. 1 Internal Auditor
f. 1. Deputy Internal Auditor
10. AOB
Please note that only paying EYI members under the age of 35 are eligible to vote at the General Assembly.

If you have proposals you'd like to submit for discussion, please send them to [email protected] no later than August 27th.
We strongly encourage all members to attend and participate actively.
