Join Diane and Lesley for an extended relaxing live Soundbath and Meditation at St Columba's Church in Glenrothes.
We will start the evening off with some breathwork to help you to be present in the moment, turning your mind inwards. We will then take you through a guided meditation, which is a practice that involves training attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. It's a way to cultivate mindfulness, focus, and relaxation through various techniques like focusing on the breath, a mantra, or bodily sensations. Essentially, meditation helps individuals detach from distracting thoughts and emotions, promoting a sense of presence and well-being.
This will then be followed by a live Sound Bath. This is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in resonant sounds, often produced by instruments like singing bowls and chimes, gongs and more to induce a state of relaxation and deep peace.
