What is a Gong Sound Bath?💕🎶💕It's a chance to totally switch from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind by allowing the gongs to wash over n through you as if you aren't there 💕🎶💕
💕🎶💕 It's the harmonics, tones n frequencies of the gongs that wash over and through you, while you snuggle up on a comfy mat in your cosy blanket. Quieting your minds chatter n transporting you from your physical reality into a world of dreams, feelings and visions 💕🎶💕Allowing your brain to move through Beta to Alpha to Theta n more often than not arrive at the Delta Waves. As your mind, body n spirit enters into a state of deep relaxation, it can relax, release, restore, rejuvenate, n re- energize 💕🎶💕
💕🎶💕 The only water involved is to keep you hydrated, which i also supply. All you need to remove is your shoes 💕🎶💕
