Exquisite Corpse, Queens Edition

Queens poets create a new exquisite corpse poem on the theme of “Renegade.” Each poet will write a 7-line poem (in honor of the 7 train) using only the last line of the previous poem as inspiration. We will reveal and read the whole poem during the event, as well as discuss Queens lit and community. Our poet panelists are Abeer Y. Hoque, allia abdullah-matta, Dena Igusti, Isabel Díaz Alanís, Jennifer Cendaña Armas, JoliAmour DuBose-Morris, Luvon Roberson, nadia misir, Nadia Q. Ahmad, and Sherese Francis. This is an official 2025 BkBF Bookends event.
