1 year after C Misdemeanor
3 years after A Misdemeanor
5 years after C Felony
7 years after B Felony
Free parking @ Liberty Square Parking Garage, levels 1-2.
Bring $33 for required fingerprinting (cash, money order, or card).
Expungement Clinics are typically held every 3rd Friday each month, 2-6pm (With the exception of this month, which will be held on the 4th Friday of the month).
