Join us for Expressive Movement at Miramont Pointe! This class will take place every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. (PST) in the Talbert Room. Admission is free.
Hosted in partnership with the Parkinson's Resources of Oregon, our participants harness the benefits of dance to transform their lives and enhance well-being. Miramont Pointe is proud to provide the support, encouragement and motivation needed to live well with Parkinson's Disease.
