Expressive Arts Workshop: The Shape of You

We spend a lot of time looking outward. This workshop turns that gaze gently inward — using a loose, line-based drawing of yourself as its anchor with a slow, attentive practice of looking, writing toward what you find, and returning to the image with fresh eyes. Through guided creative practice, we'll explore what it means to really see yourself — and what looking reveals.

Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using drawing, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you'll leave with a piece you've created
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
