As the year draws to a close, this workshop invites you to pause and trace the journey that brought you here. Through guided visual arts and reflection, we’ll explore the shape of the year — its turns, corners, and curves — and consider what to release and what to carry forward. 

This Expressive Arts workshop offers an open space to create, express and explore. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play. 

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you’ll leave with a piece you’ve created
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
