Winter often draws us inward, closer to our shadows, but also to our light. This workshop explores the interplay of light and dark—how you move through it, what anchors you, what lifts you. Through guided creative practice, we’ll explore the colours of your light and the stories they hold.

Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using visual arts, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you’ll leave with a piece you’ve created
• A gentle inquiry into light and shadow, and the tones between
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
