Join me for a six week expressive arts grief therapy group for women beginning April 16th. We'll meet in downtown Jacksonville on Thursdays from 6-7:30pm. (Childcare *might* be available.) We will create symbolic containers for our grief, explore shifts in identity, and process grief with women who understand. We'll be using an exploration of art media, metaphors, symbolism and narratives using mindfulness-based stress reduction, polyvagal-informed regulation, and somatic awareness.
"Good grief." We say it when we’re frustrated, shocked, or overwhelmed—but rarely when we’re actually grieving. Grief isn’t good or bad. It’s human.
Space is very limited- only 8 spots available.
The fee is $45 per session for 6 sessions or- save $20 and pay $250 in full.
