Join us for something completely new - professional therapeutic transformation meets creative exploration in Let’s Dilly Dally’s brand new location!BECOMING: Soul is the first programme in a 5-part series using the “System of the Self” framework. Over 8 sessions, you’ll explore that little part of you begging for change through expressive arts, movement, and deep group connection.
This isn’t about making pretty art - it’s about making meaning, connections, and change.
